Event planning is a busy task. Several of our events have several thousand participants.
In order to serve you most effectively we have provided five ways to communicate with you.
The most effective ways we can respond to you are listed in order from Instant Messenger,
Web Form, Traditional Email, Call Connect, and by Phone. Call Connect allows you to enter you name
and phone number and be contacted via a call that first goes to your phone then to one of ours.
We have provided call connect for your service but ask to try to use the other methods first
to prevent over contact via the phone.
